1/2 Cup Sugar

4 Banana Units

1 3/4 Cup Condensed Milk

2 Egg Units

1 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
Preparation

Place sugar in a metal mold, let it caramelize over low heat. Once ready, reserve.

Blend bananas, Condensed Milk.

Cook for 40 minutes in a bain-marie in an oven preheated to 250° C. Once ready, let it cool and serve with the caramel.
