Banana Flan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

  • 4 Banana Units

  • 1 3/4 Cup Condensed Milk

  • 2 Egg Units

  • 1 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

Preparation

  • Place sugar in a metal mold, let it caramelize over low heat. Once ready, reserve.

  • Blend bananas, Condensed Milk.

  • Cook for 40 minutes in a bain-marie in an oven preheated to 250° C. Once ready, let it cool and serve with the caramel.
