Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup brown rice flour

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Start by preheating the oven to 145C.

  • Process the almonds until they form a flour.

  • Add to a mixing bowl with the brown rice flour, maple syrup, chia seeds and cinnamon, mixing everything together.

  • Mash the bananas together until smooth before stirring into the bread mixture, at this point the mixture should be very nice and sticky. Grease a tin with coconut oil and then pour in the mixture and let it cook for an hour.
