Ingredients

5 ripe bananas

1 cup almonds

1 cup brown rice flour

1/2 cup maple syrup

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp cinnamon


Preparation

Start by preheating the oven to 145C.

Process the almonds until they form a flour.

Add to a mixing bowl with the brown rice flour, maple syrup, chia seeds and cinnamon, mixing everything together.

Mash the bananas together until smooth before stirring into the bread mixture, at this point the mixture should be very nice and sticky. Grease a tin with coconut oil and then pour in the mixture and let it cook for an hour.
