Prepare the dressing: In a medium bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl, chop the salad ingredients and drizzle with the prepared dressing. Toss gently until the salad is coated with the dressing, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
