Preparation

Cut the fruit in half and, with the help of a spoon, remove the pulp.

Place the pitahaya pieces in the blender, along with a glass of water and the lemon.

Beat these ingredients until they are fully integrated. Add sugar, salt and ice and beat again.

Serve in a glass. It can be decorated with small pieces of dragon fruit or mint leaves.
