Citrus juice with pitahaya

Ingredients

  • 4 pitahayas

  • 6 lemons

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 glass of water

  • Ice to taste

Preparation

  • Cut the fruit in half and, with the help of a spoon, remove the pulp.

  • Place the pitahaya pieces in the blender, along with a glass of water and the lemon.

  • Beat these ingredients until they are fully integrated. Add sugar, salt and ice and beat again.

  • Serve in a glass. It can be decorated with small pieces of dragon fruit or mint leaves.
