Preparation

Cut the dragon fruit in half and remove the pulp with a spoon.

In a pot, place the fruit cut into pieces along with the sugar and the apple also cut into small pieces.

Let it cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick.

Once the sugar has melted, add the orange juice and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the fruits are completely dissolved.

Pour into previously sterilized glass containers and let cool for consumption on toast, cookies, yogurt and others.
