Pitahaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen pink or red pitahayas

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 200 ml coconut water

  • Half frozen pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender for about 30 seconds at medium intensity. Place this preparation in a bowl and decorate as desired with the ingredients indicated as toppings or with others that you have on hand, preferably dried and fresh fruits.
