Banana omelette

Ingredients

  • 8 green bananas

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 branch of chopped long onion

  • 200 grams of fresh crumbled cheese

  • Oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Wash the bananas well and remove the peels.

  • Cook the bananas in water with a little salt until they soften.

  • Make a puree with the cooked bananas. Add the butter and salt to taste.

  • Mix the onion and cheese in a bowl to obtain the filling.

  • Form the tortillas and place a little of the previous filling.

  • Fry the tortillas in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

  • Serve them with pickled onions and tomatoes, and accompanied by a coastal chili sauce.
