Toast with Avocado


  • 1 slice of seed or field bread

  • 1 avocado

  • Necessary amount of olive oil

  • Lemon juice drops

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper

  • 1 egg


  • Toast the seed bread slices. Mash the avocado, without turning it into a puree, and spread it on the toast.

  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper.

  • Put water on to boil. When it is boiling, submerge the egg and leave it for 6 minutes. Remove and cool in a bowl of ice water.

  • Crack the egg carefully and place it on the toast with avocado. Serve.
