Ingredients

1 slice of seed or field bread

1 avocado

Necessary amount of olive oil

Lemon juice drops

Salt to taste

1 egg
Preparation

Toast the seed bread slices. Mash the avocado, without turning it into a puree, and spread it on the toast.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper.

Put water on to boil. When it is boiling, submerge the egg and leave it for 6 minutes. Remove and cool in a bowl of ice water.

Crack the egg carefully and place it on the toast with avocado. Serve.
